Our February meeting started with the AGM at which we welcomed Janet Parker as new member of the Committee.
Our Demonstrator for the evening was Val Guest, Northumberland & Durham Area Chair. Val’s stage was full of colour and fabulous flowers as can be seen in the photographs below though they do not do full justice to Val’s floral creations.
We trialled a new room layout using tables and chairs rather than rows of chairs on their own which seemed to be a hit with members. So we shall adopt that layout for future meetings.
